PACU/PAT/OPS Manager

The Nurse Manager assumes 24 administrative responsibilities and accountability for the management of all nursing service functions. Supervises, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care. Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. The Nurse Manager supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the unit and effectively utilizes nursing personnel time, manages operational responsibilities for the unit and is directly accountable to the Chief Nursing Officer.  Communicates with staff, physicians and administration both written and verbally. The Nurse Manager assumes House Supervisory responsibilities as assigned, including responding to codes throughout the hospital, assessing and charting, and following through with appropriate documentation. The Nurse Manager oversees the provision of patient care for pediatric, adolescent, adult and older adult outpatients, as well as adolescents aged 15 or greater, adult and older adult inpatients.

Director of Nursing - Long Term Skilled Unit

The Director of Nursing assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. In collaboration with facility Administration, allocates department resources in an efficient and economic manner to enable each resident to attain or maintain the highest practical, physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Microscopic analysis of GYN and Non-GYN specimens for cellular abnormalities. Also will assist with Histology duties including but not limited to small specimen grossing.

OR CIR Registered Nurse

The OR Circulating RN is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. Pharmacy Delivery Driver - Part Time

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Manager, the pharmacy delivery driver plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of medications to patients. They are responsible for transporting medications from pharmacies to hospitals, clinics, and patients' homes. The position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service. Inpatient/Outpatient Staff Pharmacist - PRN

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, staff pharmacists perform all duties necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of departmental services and programs. Staff pharmacists are responsible for all aspects of pharmaceutical care throughout the hospital including safe drug distribution and security; appropriate medication selection and use; and collaboration with healthcare providers and ancillary staff. The Monitor Tech is an unlicensed person who performs indirect care in the department setting. Monitors cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors. Meets the communication needs of the department. Able to assist nursing staff for duties involving indirect patient care.

Social Worker

Under the direction of the Manager of Case Management, the Social Worker is responsible for assessing, identifying, formulating, and implementing an appropriate and safe plan of discharge. This is accomplished through Psychosocial assessments, interventions, and collaboration with the hospital care team and community agencies/facilities.

PACU/Pre-Op Registered Nurse- Full Time

The Registered Nurse provides direct care in the PACU/HOLDING/PAT/OPS settings. The staff RN is accountable directly to the PACU Team Leader and the Nurse Manager, and indirectly to the House Supervisor. Positions patient and equipment to produce an appropriate image. The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

They pass sterilized instruments and/or supplies to the physician during the procedure without unnecessary delay. Respiratory Care Practitioner-Night Shift

A licensed Respiratory Therapist who is responsible for providing respiratory care services to in and out patients of all ages and performing accurate 12 Lead EKG’s according to policies and procedures of EORH. Promotes healing of acutely ill patients whose cardiac or pulmonary systems have been compromised through illness or injury through the provision of respiratory care, diagnostic testing, providing for the psycho-social needs of the patient, and patient education. Encourages and enhances the progression and efficient operation of the Respiratory department. Treats patients from adolescents to the elderly patients. When requested, assists day to day operations of the Respiratory department, referring any problems to the manager, as appropriate. Provides diagnostic testing and pulmonary rehab to the patient to help optimize the total care given. Performs arterial punctures for blood gas analysis, knowledge in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and quality control of ABG analyzers. Ability to use mechanical ventilators, bi-level ventilation equipment, peak flow meters, spontaneous aerosol administration, ability to perform respiratory assessment, and perform CPT.

House Supervisor

The Administrative House Supervisor is a Registered Professional Nurse who assumes administrative responsibility for the management of all nursing service functions on his/her shift. In addition, in the absence of the Hospital Administrative staff, this responsibility is extended to all services within the hospital. The Clinical Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to clients on an outpatient basis, with the possibility of adult inpatient work.  Performs assessments; oversees screening tools; and utilizes self-rating scales, as necessary.  Creates Treatment Plans and updates them throughout the client’s course of therapy.  As an integral part of the Treatment Team, the Clinical Therapist discusses ongoing issues and reviews accomplished goals.  Documents interventions in a timely and professional manner, focusing on “behavior, intervention, response, and plan”.  Maintains confidentiality; utilizes evidence-based interventions; and implements best-practice protocols.  The Clinical Therapist deals with an array of clients in a confident manner; interacts with community agencies productively; and establishes a Trauma Informed Care atmosphere to promote resiliency.  Emphasis is on clear boundaries, consistency, and feelings-acknowledgement, to assist the client to self-regulate and become mindful of one’s interactions in their environment.
